Body Buster Fitness® classes are built to challenge you and elevate your overall fitness level. Body Buster Bootcamp® delivers a complete full-body workout through a carefully structured, well-balanced training experience. Each class incorporates a wide variety of training styles such as high-intensity interval training (HIIT), strength and core conditioning, endurance work, circuit training, drills, obstacle-style workouts, yoga, Tabata, partner exercises, team-based training, and more.
What sets our program apart is its fresh, innovative approach and the use of diverse training equipment to keep every session engaging and unpredictable. Depending on the class, you may train with kettlebells, medicine balls, battle ropes, equalizers, skipping ropes, power logs, ab wheels, foam rollers, exercise balls, resistance bands, and many other tools—ensuring no two workouts are ever the same.
