Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and configure network devices, servers, and security tools

• Monitor system performance and resolve connectivity issues

• Perform regular data backups and disaster recovery drills

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software problems

• Oversee cloud services, VPNs, and firewalls

• Document IT processes and create user guides

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• At least 3 years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of network protocols, security systems, and cloud platforms

• Familiarity with Windows/Linux server environments

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
