DiagPoly™ Sulfate Fluorescent Polystyrene Particles, Yellow Green, 1 μm (# DSFY-T003) are encapsulated with yellow green fluorophores (excitation: 505 nm, emission: 515 nm) and functionalized with sulfate groups on the surface which are relatively hydrophobic. The particles will passively and nearly irreversibly adsorb almost any protein, including albumin, IgG, avidin, and streptavidin. Before sampling, mix well by sonication, vigorous shaking or vortex mixing.
