DiagPoly™ Carboxyl Poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) nanoparticles, form nanostructures with a hydrophobic core encapsulated inside a hydrophilic shell, made from FDA approved biocompatible and biodegradable PLGA polymers, containing COOH groups on the surface for EDC/NHS bioconjugation, applied for delivery of proteins and small molecules. Product is supplied as lyophilized powder.
